我们的中国业务
我们的中国业务位于深圳市公明,在杭州设有分公司。我们的业务是协助我们的美国母公司采购和制造桌面游戏产品。主要职能包括:采购,客户服务,项目监控,项目监督,质量控制和运输。我们在深圳有35名员工,在杭州有7名员工。

Job Description:
- Report to CEO/COO
- Manage a team of over 40 sourcing and merchandising professionals in two offices, creating the strategy, developing and executing annual Business Plan.
- Act as the connection between North American/European team, sourcing team, and the suppliers, with occasional overseas travel
- Coordinate with internal, external parties and government department
- Recruit, develop, train, gain commitment and coach staff, ensuring a happy, efficient and cohesive team.
- Support our sales team in North America and Europe in the area of Sourcing, Project Management, Project monitoring, Quality Control and shipping.
- Ensure quotations from suppliers arecompetitive so that our sales team can win profitable projects.
- Ensure that the products sourced are in line with the requirements of the product specification and making sure that the chosen suppliers are able to deliver according to specification.
- Choose the appropriate logistics suppliers to make sure the product is delivered in a timely manner and effective way.
- Appraise the suppliers' performance and conduct factory audits
- Maintain good relationship with our key suppliers and involve directly in negotiation with suppliers
- Develop effective tax planning; comply with all Chinese regulatory requirement including taxation and customs.
- Drive continuous innovations, productivity and quality improvements of the entire trading and sourcing process
- Identify, evaluate and manage risks by implementing procedures on the operation
- Negotiate on behalf of our parent company with minority shareholders
Qualification required:
- A fully bi-cultural and bi-lingual person who can deal professionally in a North American and Chinese environment
- A professional manager who can plan, organize, direct and control in a Chinese setting
- An excellent people manager who can gain commitment from his staff and provide effective coaching
- A seasoned negotiator who can negotiate effectively with senior Chinese and North American business partners
- University Degree. Preference for majors in Business Administration, Commerce, Foreign Trade. Preference for University degrees from an English-speaking country.
- Knowledge in Finance, Chinese Taxation/Customs Regulations, Foreign Trade, and Business Administration
- Minimum of 15 years of related working experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as General Manager of a team of at least 45 persons in a related business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing operation in China. Preference for experience in printing factory.
- Proven track record in quality management, operation management, project management, production management or supply chain management
- Proven track record in building a high performing trading, import/export business
- Technologically savvy
- Preference for a person with strong interest in playing Board Games.
- Compensation commensurate with qualification and experience.

Our China Operation
Our China operation is based in Gong Ming, Shenzhen, with a branch office in Hangzhou. Our business is to assist our US parent company in the sourcing and manufacturing of our Board Game products. The key functions are: Sourcing, Customer Service, Project monitoring, Project Supervision, Quality Control and Shipping. We have a staff of 35 in Shenzhen and 7 in Hangzhou.
We are recruiting a General Manager to manage our operation in China. Sales and Sales Management is not required. This position requires regular communications with Head Office and our overseas sales team in English and our suppliers in China, in order to ensure the timely and good quality delivery of our products to North America and Europe.
