本公司因科研工作需要，现面向国内外招聘从事生物医药、基础、临床各专业研究方向的博士若干名。

一、实验室简介

中心实验室由本公司出资于2018.8月筹建，与上海交大医学院、武汉同济基础医学院、南京大学医学院等一批985、211高校有多年项目合作，已发表Sci上百余篇，核心期刊若干，承接省级三甲医院基金课题项目多项。

实验室宗旨:立足科研，服务临床

二、基本条件

1、近期在国内外高校或研究所取得或即将取得医学、生物、等相关学科博士学位；

2、年龄35周岁以下；

3、博士期间或近三年以第一作者发表3分SCI论文3篇及以上；

4、工作踏实细心、具有责任心和团队协作精神；

5、具有自主学习和独立解决问题的能力；

6、有基金申请经验者优先。

三、薪酬待遇

1、薪资待遇10万+/年，工资及福利待遇优厚，时间自由，并可结合个人工作经验等情况面议，特别优秀者年薪20万+。

2、鼓励和支持博士研究人员参加国内外高水平国际学术会议。

3、支持申报博士科学基金以及其他国家与地方的科技项目和博士资助项目。

4、工作能力特别突出者有年终大奖。

1. Laboratory profile

The central laboratory was funded by Shaanxi Yunshang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in August. It has many years of project cooperation with a number of 985 and 211 colleges and universities such as Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Medical College of Wuhan Tongji Basic, and Medical College of Nanjing University. Our laboratory has assisted clients in publishing more than 100 Sci papers, a number of core journals, and undertaking a number of provincial top three hospital fund projects.

2. Basic requirements

a. Recently obtained or will soon obtain doctoral degrees in medical, biological, and other related disciplines at universities and research institutes at home and abroad;

b. Under 35 years of age;

c. During the doctoral period or nearly three years, the first author will publish 3 points of SCI papers and 3 or more;

d. Work hard, responsible, and teamwork spirit;

e. Ability to learn independently and solve problems independently;

f. Fund application experience is preferred.

3. Remuneration package

a. Salary treatment 100,000+ years, salary and welfare benefits are excellent, time is free, and can be negotiable in combination with personal work experience, etc., especially outstanding people with an annual salary of 200,000+.
