Key Responsibilities :

1. 负责国内、国外应付账款的记账，销账，对账。

Be responsible for payable account business, book entry and check balance.

2. 负责关联公司的内部往来对账。

Be responsible for balance of intercompany AP / AR.

3. 负责公司进项税发票的认证工作

Support input VAT verification.

4. 每月按时出具应付账款相关报表。

To issue AP reports to related department every month.

5. 熟练操作外币应付款/预付款的进口付汇核销。

Skilled handle payments with SAFE, especially for verification sheet.

6. 每月计算外币汇兑损益金额。

Provide data of exchange rate of profit or loss monthly.

7. 每月按时过账、结账并装订凭证。

Post entry in time and filing.

8. 熟悉国际会计准则。

Be familiar with IFRS.


Work Experience Requirements:

Very good communication skills, very good English skills in both writing and oral.

Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable items;

Familiar with office applications, financial software and ERP.

A team player, comfortable in multi-cultural environment.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads; understanding of finance issues in an operational environment of rapid growth.


Education Requirements:

Bachelor degree, prefer Accounting / Finance
