ABOUT THE POSITION
As an Online English Teacher at EF English First, you will be teaching English through our EF Online Classroom, which allows students to study English from all corners of China. Teachers in this position play a key role in our mission, ‘Opening the world through education’. Our teachers begin by delivering on-line lessons to adults or young learners. In addition, our teachers also deliver high quality written feedback to our students.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
 Delivering 6 hours’ lessons per day to students through our online learning platform
 Evaluating students’ progress and providing on-going guidance for improvement
 Attending required trainings and meetings
 Contributing to center’s various initiatives during office hours
REQUIREMENTS
 China passport holder
 Bachelor’s degree in any field
 High level of English proficiency
 Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and can work independently
 Mainland China Citizenship
 Prior teaching experience and TEFL certification is not required, but is beneficial.
