Job Description
- Execution:
- Supervise and manage marketing program implementation.
- Develop promotional materials, including detailing aid, group selling slides, brand reminders, etc.
- Manage HUMULIN/HUMALOG OPEX Accountable for OPEX management.
- Cross-functional communication:
- Work closely with sales, medical, PRA, access, distribution and other functions to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities.
- Training:
- Be responsible for product knowledge and marketing strategy training to sales force
- Help Brand Manager to facilitate X-function workshop and brand campaign process
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop Brand strategy, tactic and programs to support HUMULIN/HUMALOG growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve HUMULIN/HUMALOG market share in today’s highly competitive market.
- TL management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationship with key HUMULIN/HUMALOG national TLs and advocates in key target markets
- 3rd-party supervision: Manage the Ad, PR agencies and the 3rd party cooperation
基本资格要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Required English level-Business fluency in speaking, reading and writing
- Medical background preferred
- At least 5 years related working experienceAccountability and Responsibility
- Strong implementation skill
- Self-motivated and diligent
- Fluency speaking, writing and reading English skill
- Good interpersonal skill and computer literacy
