Principle Accountability

l Responsibility for all transactional accounting of the business:

– Accounts Payable

– Accounts Receivable

– General Ledger

– Treasury

l Responsibility for the Performance Management (Controlling) of the business

– Planning, Forecasting, actual Performance Analysis

– Internal control systems

l Responsibility for the integrity of all business financial data:

– Timely and accurately reporting (Financial Closings) to the shareholders

– Coordination with external Financial and Tax Auditors

l Functional Leadership

– As required recruit, train motivate and manage necessary resources to carry out the normal requirements of the finance function

l Cooperating with Finance- and other Contacts in the shareholder organisations as required

l Credit Management Services

Requirements

l Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance

l With over 10+ years’experience in finance, experience with auditors and tax will be preferred

l In-depth knowledge of IAS, IFRS, GAAP and SAP.

l Solid working experience in MNC, familiar with foreign JV organization will be preferred.

l Proficient in spoken and written English

l Strong ability to lead professional team, high impact communications.

l Insight into problems, seek constructive and long-lasting solution.
