1、能够完成高质量的设计工作，合理组织团队成员，分配工作；

2、能在设计总监的带领下，发展及完善概念设计，执行好从概念设计到落地设计的把控；

3、能带领一个小组，合理分配设计工作；

4、负责项目中和效果图设计师，机电设计师的工作协调；

5、有领导力，能把项目按设计概念还原落地；

6、确保设计制图符合设计标准，按照审校意见及时修改图纸, 并对其正确性负责；

7、设计深度满足规范的要求，设计文件图纸完整、成套、清晰；

8、设计进度满足项目进度计划的要求，按计划准时完成设计文件图纸；

9、负责与客户的联络、沟通，跟踪项目规划设计意图在设计各阶段的完整贯彻和表现;

10、可以出差。

任职资格：

1、正规院校本科及以上学历，热爱室内设计行业，3年以上相关设计工作经验；

2、熟练使用Revit, AutoCAD, PhotoShop，SketchUp等设计软件；

3、有较强的方案设计能力，有独特的室内设计思路和灵感创意能力；

4、有责任心，有一定的管理能力并具有团队合作精神和极强的沟通能力；

5、有餐饮空间或酒店设计经验者、外企工作经验者为佳。

Core responsibilities:

1. Develop effective and proficient communication (written/spoken/sketches) with all team members

2. Maintain understanding of design concept and participate in design process

3. Coordination with internal design team (FF&E & project designers) as required for project(s)

4. Participate in design and development of projects including space planning, design of interior spaces for plan, RCP,

elevations and details from concept design phase up to construction documentation

5. Develop digital model as required per project need

6. Develop detail drawings for construction

7. Review construction shop drawings

8. Resolve drawings and documentation in all views

9. Incorporate the proper information on all drawings as agreed on the project (finishes, FF&E, callouts, electrical and other devices, dimensions, targets, etc.)

10. Complete review of all drawings packages for design, accuracy, and completeness

11. Assist on rendering, sketches and presentation drawings

12. Encourage to increase CAD proficiency and awareness of design/details

Core Competencies & Technical knowledge/ Skills:

1. 3-5 years working experience of interior design

2. Skilled in use of Revit, CAD, Sketch Up and Photoshop etc.

3. Good English, comfortable working with an international team

4. Material and FF&E knowledge is preferred

5. Design experience of f&b or retail is prefer

Education/Certifications:

1. Bachelor or above in Interior Design or related fields
