1. 3年以上学部助理、行政管理工作经验，具备教育行业工作经验者优先； 2. 行政管理、秘书类相关学士学位及以上； 3. 中英文听说读写流利; 4. 优秀的文案处理能力； 5. 熟悉Office Word, Excel, Power Point等； 6. 条理性及时间管理能力强，能在压力下高效工作； 7. 能与不同级别同事良好协作； 8. 能在多元文化中稳妥有效工作； 9. 诚信，且有保密意识。

职责；

1. 学生安全管理： 1）跟进学生安全教育平台作业 2）统计分析学生安全教育平台作业 3）协助心理教师开展学生心理健康教育 4）跟踪监测空气质量指数并保证使其在政策规定范围内； 5）采集校车申请信息 6）协助设计校车路线 7）在校车公司和家长之间进行有效沟通和协调 8）负责校车驾照、行驶证申请工作 9）监督校车出勤情况 10）参加交通局开展的交通教育会议 11）申负责学生实地考察所需车辆租用申请表的填报 12）统筹负责学校CCA活动等交通预约安排事宜 13）协助负责学生接送工作

2. 学生信息管理： 1）维护学生档案管理、分类更新 2）维护学生信息系统 3）负责全体学生注册工作 4）协助更新班级学生信息 5）参与设计、执行学校内部学生信息管理要求使其符合有关部门的规定。

3. 学部助理： 1）负责各学部内会议、文件、表格类翻译工作 2）文件整理 2）主管布置的其他工作任务

Overseas Chinese Academy Suzhou (OCAS) is co-founded by Chiway Education Group and China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Co. Ltd. (CSSD) to meet the international education needs of the children of overseas returnees, with the substantial support of the Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee. OCAS is the first international school catering for the children of overseas Chinese who return to China as well as Chinese students who are seeking international education.
