Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator /Quality Supervisor

Reports To: Branch Manager

SUMMARY

Develops, implements, and coordinates product assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in new

or existing products by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Examines company's records to secure such information as size and weight of product and results of quality tests.
• Inspects product to determine compliance with order specifications, company's quality control system for compliance with legal requirements, and shipping and packing facilities for conformity to specified standards.
• Stamps mark of approval or rejection on product and writes report of examinations.
• Reviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.
• Visits and confers with representatives of material and component vendors to obtain information related to supply quality, capacity of vendor to meet orders, and vendor quality standards.
• Manage the Customer Complaints Management process by working closely with various departments to investigate and provide advice to resolve product quality issues.
• Resolve customers' feedback on quality issues and be responsible for Supplier Audit Initiatives, support supplier capacity building, quality improvement to meet the company requirements.
• Write or revise the procedures in quality manual according to QIO report，daily observance, or customer's request to ensure the quality system is appropriate, effective and under continuous improvement.
• Manage internal or external audits.
• Test report verification – Complies statistics from source materials such as production and sales records, quality control and test records, survey sheets, and questionnaires. Assembles and classifies reports. Computes statistical data according to formulas. Verifies authenticity of source material.
• Applying required approval/certificates from aerospace manufacurers.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Undergraduate degree, and three years related experience. Ability to effectively communicate with employees,

management and customers are a must for this position.

ISO 9100 Internal Auditor， AS9100 would be a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must communicate effectively. Ability to read, write, and fluently speak the English language. Ability to comprehend concepts of moderate to high difficulty, and ability to communicate responses and actions related to these concepts.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Ability to work effectively with common PC programs such as spreadsheets (Excel), word processing (Word), presentation software (Powerpoint), Act, etc. Ability to learn mainframe program (Metalware).
