1. Membership Management;
1) Develop a recruitment plan and recruit new members effectively.
2) Develop member maintain strategies to effectively enhance membership activation and consumption
3) Implement membership system and manage membership points scheme strictly in accordance with the System.
4) Establish and optimize membership benefits and Innovate membership benefits Expand and integrate the resources of high-end partnership and carry out regular membership activities
5) Develop research plans, and regular competitors check, members and tenants as part of the scheme to optimize the basic information of membership management plan.
6) Communicate actively with tenants, and establish good cooperative relationship.

2. KLUB Black Management：
1) Make and regulate the rules for KLUB Black.
2) Make annual KLUB Black activities and sales plan.

3.Private Consultant Management:
1) Formulate policy for private consultancy services for black card membership.
2) Establish private consultant KPI and incentive system. Decomposing monthly KPI of private consultants, and guide and monitor regularly the implementation.

任职要求：
1. College degree or above,Be familiar with high-standard service industry and have more than 3 years’ service experience related to the: aviation service, hotel service, financial service, private banking service.
2. Experience in business management, marketing, or in customer relationship management.
3. Work seriously, be cautious and be proactive.
4. Be enthusiasm and have team spirit.
