Job Description:

Receive booking from customers, input booking into system accurately and timely, and keep system duly updated;

Keep close contact with customers, port agent, vessel planner, feeder carrier and sub-agent and ensure cargo is loaded smoothly, and provide help to customers to facilitate customers’ cargo arrangement;

B/L checking and confirmation with customers and/or feeder carriers; issue and release B/L;

Freight and cost checking and settlement with customers and/or feeder carriers;

Prepare job sheet and other relevant reports;

Other tasks assigned by superiors.

岗位基本要求

Basic Requirements：

Bachelor's degree with minimum CET4;

Min 5 years' documentation & operation working experience with shipping company or forwarding company;

Strong sense of responsibility and good team work spirit;

Good written and verbal communication skills;

Professional PC skills
