Key Responsibilities 岗位职责:

  • 负责浙江余姚新工厂人员招聘

  • 员工工资核算及发放,制作及发放工资单

  • 个人所得税的计算,并上报到税务系统

  • 更新HR系统中晋升、薪资调整、奖惩记录等数据

  • 员工入职手续办理和安排签订劳动合同并整理归档

  • 新入职培训及试用期跟进

  • 通过网上社保及公积金系统为新进员工买入社保和公积金, 停缴离职人员社保和公积金

  • 离职人员的离职手续办理

  • 同其他部门协调,组织安排培训及培训记录的统计

  • 负责更新人力资源相关数据报告,例如人员统计报告,社保和公积金费用报告、工资汇总表、 剩余年假兑工资计算汇总表等等

  • 政府类报告填写

  • Job Requirements 任职资格:

  • 行政管理或相关人力资源专业本科生

  • 1 ~ 3 年人力资源招聘或主管相关工作经验

  • 英语听说读写良好,口语能交流

  • 熟练使用办公软件,熟练使用HR系统软件(尤其是薪酬管理模块及员工数据库管理等)

  • 具有较强的项目管理及跟进技能

  • 有较强的分析及解决问题能力,跨部门沟通时需要具备好的服务意识及态度

  • 良好的倾听及沟通能力,可以充分融入团队并发扬团队合作的精神

  • 能承担高压力的工作

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the recruitment and hiring process for the new factory’s at Zhejiang province.

  • Monthly salary calculation and payment. Making salary slips and deliver to employee

  • Calculated individual tax and upload to Tax Bureau

  • HR system’s data updated include promotion or salary adjustment. award and punishments records

  • On boarding arrangement including sign labor contact and document filing

  • New hire orientation training and probation following up

  • Input new staff’s Social insurance and Housing fund information in to the government system and reduce the resignation staff from the system

  • Resignation procedure for leaving staff

  • Coordinate with other departments to organize employee training programs and training records summary

  • HR related reports preparing such as HC reports. Breakdown reports. Social insurance & Housing fund expense reports and AL vs Salary reports

  • Filling governments related reports

Job Requirements:

  • Administration or other related fields Major, with college degree or above.

  • 1 ~ 3 years with HR Recruitment or Generalist experience

  • Good verbal English and business English writing.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Application, be familiar with HR all information system operation, including payroll system, employees master data system and others

  • Have strong process management skills and good follow-up skill;

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill; customer manic with good service attitude;

  • Good listening and communication skill; team player and self-discipline

  • Be able to work under high pressure
