岗位职责：

1.Handle Customer Product Quality Complaints.
2. Handle RMAs.
3. Communicate with customer thru email or by phone call in discussing quality issues.
4. Send/publish 8D report to customer and internally.

岗位要求：

1.Working experience in IC Assembly/Test Semiconductor as QA/QC.
2. Familiar with SMT and PCBA processes.
3. Familiar with 8D Report Methodology.
4. Familiar with QAQC tools.

5.Good analytical skills required as senior engineering level.
6. English proficient, writing/speaking/listening.
7. Can work under pressure.
8. Professional way of thinking and doing things related to the job.

9. Flexible,can be able to adjust to the culture/environment of Hana and customer side.
10. Can work with minimum supervision.
11. High level of confidence in doing things necessary to complete the task on hand.
