Core Activities:

  • Manage the activities of the CEO

o Manage the CEO’s calendar in an efficient and clear manner

o Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, both inbound and outbound, in a timely manner, and in close cooperation with the executive assistant and other administrative assistants

o Book and manage travels and other arrangements as needed

o Organize expense reports in collaboration with the accounting specialist, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the AXA standards

  • Support the organization

o Collaborate with other executive and administrative assistants throughout the organization on matters on interest to the CEO, and to ensure swift and effective communication within the organization

o Ensure a public version of the CEO’s calendar is up to date and available to the organization, including dates and locations of travels, and noteworthy meetings of public interest

  • The administrative assistant may perform the following non-exhaustive tasks :

o Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

o Attend meetings and write up the ‘minutes’

o Produce day-to-day documents and reports (monitoring of the workforce, budget control...)

o Perform other duties as assigned

任职要求:

Technical and Professional Skills :

o Proficiency in MS Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

o Strong ability to be concise & and clear in note writing

o Knowledge of the company’s business areas a plus

o Ability to analyze information and understand information as it relates to ongoing work/team projects

o Sound research skills and attention to detail

o Strong organizational and planning skills

o Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task

o Strong sense of prioritization of work

o Fluent English (written and oral)

o Native Chinese speaker
