职位描述

1.Ensure alignment of expectations between Neusoft operations team and partner; 2.Develop and implement mid to long-term strategy to enhance the business relationship and drive continuous improvement; 3.Maintain regular communication with partner’s regional managers to ensure service delivery quality meets expectations; 4.Deliver overall strategic analysis of operations and SLA results，Oversee performance improvement projects in each service delivery site

岗位要求

1. Minimum of 5 years experience as project manager, account manager or senior consultant in IT industry; 2.Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both English and Mandarin; 3.Strong analytical and problem solving skills; 4.Experience facing both operations and corporate level members of multi-national clients;
