Overview

VRenetic, with offices in LA and Warsaw, develops social media tools for real-time 360-degree streaming, allowing users to easily create content and connect within an immersive VR environment. The company’s first product – VResh – is a disruptive technology that combines a free broadcasting and viewing application with mobile integrated cameras and proprietary headsets that empower users to share 360-degree experiences real-time.

Our team is small, growing and motivated. We work hard and play hard. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to help launch our company in China. We hope to find colleagues who share our passion for real-time social media and fast growth!

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the company’s CEO to build the business and manage the China office
  • Serve as primary communication link to China business partners
  • Be aware and advise on administrative, regulatory and legal issues
  • Review, prepare and translate reports, proposals, and other documents
  • Assist with market research and developing business and marketing plans
  • Find talent, build the new team, and develop standard operating procedures
  • Help select internal systems to support operations (CRM, PM, etc.)
  • Negotiate and liaise with 3rd party service providers including accountants, lawyers, etc.
  • Serve as company liaison and ambassador vis-à-vis government officials
  • Accompany CEO on China trips and plan and organise meetings, travel, events, etc.

Skills

  • Business Development and Project Management experience
  • Technology and market analytical / research skills
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office, understanding of IT concepts
  • Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and able to effectively translate
  • Preferences – Start-up experience and/or MBA

Hours & Salary

  • Flex hours with some late hours and weekends to accommodate international meetings
  • Job will be based in Beijing with some domestic and international travel
  • Competitive salary based upon experience with high performance bonus
