岗位职责：

1. 参与产品选型(以泵阀为主)，制作技术方案和澄清。

Involve product selection, edit technical agreement and make clarfication.

2. 和供应商询价和议价，协助销售进行商务澄清。

Send inquiry to vendors and negotiate with them, assist salesman to finish commercial clarification.

3. 能迅速准确地制作报价和投标文件

Can make the quotation and bid documents quickly and accurately

4. 定期整理、更新、分析报价信息，订单和付款统计。

Organize, update and analyze quotation information regularly, submit order list and payment forecast.

5. 订单移交给项目执行，保证成本和文件完整准确传递。

Handover contract to project execution after it signed, make sure cost and technical/commercial docus complete and correct.

6. 资料的整理和归档，为销售和售后提供支持。

Documents collection and archiving, provide support to sales and after-sales.

岗位要求：

1.本科学历，流体机械、机械工程等相关专业优先考虑。

Bachelor degree. Fluid machinery, mechanical engineering and so on related major are preferred.

2. 有2年及以上化工设备类的应用/报价或者项目成套设计经验优先考虑。

Above 2-year chemical equipment work experience in application/quotation/packaging design is preferred.

3. 有机械识图能力和成本意识的优先。

Can read mechnical drawing and have cost consciousness as preferred.

4. 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。

Good communication ability and team work spirit.

5. 熟练使用各类Office软件，Word，Excel，PowerPoint.

Skilled use kinds of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

6. 良好的英语读写能力。

Good English writing and reading ability.
