Job Description

  • Assistant facility officer in managing vendors, like pantry service, gym, pest control, parking, shuttle bus; monitor vendor’s performance. 协助行政专员管理供应商,如茶水间、健身房、害虫防治、停车场、班车;监督供应商的表现
  • Mail room management, and to be the backup when the mailers are on leave. 室管理,收发员休假时作为back up
  • Maintain the First Aid box, order first aid medicines when required.
  • Maintain assigned segments of the finance system, like to create PO, goods receiving, payment and accrual in the system。财务系统,例如在系统中创建采购订单、收货、付款和应计项目。
  • Monitor and report monthly spend against budget to Site Manager. 监控并向现场经理做每月开支报告
  • Maintain filing system for correspondence, contractors, vendors and administrative documents; the tasks assigned by manager. 维护信函、承包商、供应商和行政文件的归档系统
