Job Responsibilities
1) Be in charge of executing order, process documentation; ensuring that all documentation is accurate prior to forwarding it to our logistics team for customs clearance.
2) Liaise with overseas supplier, assist to build up good relationship with service providers in the responsible field, and to ensure the communication smoothly.
3) Follow shipment preparation and the process of logistics affairs, deal with some urgent matters and track the draft copy of documents after goods departure, and then check if the documents is accurate, instruct supplier to correct if there is any wrong on documents.
4) Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services level (i.e. complaint product issues after goods arrive at warehouse, update report on shipping details, new arrivals, etc.)
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor degree (International trade related) preferred.
- If have Good command of French, practical speaking and reading skill preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), CET-6 or above is MUST.
- Knowledge and experience understanding import/export documentation and procedures preferred.
- 2year or more working experience in business trading preferred.
- Intelligent and smart, excellent comprehension, good written and oral communication.
- Good command of MS software Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Ability to use adobe software (e.g. Photoshop) and AI is better.
