Key Accountabilities :

Implement Blue Sky Strategy in North China. The primary role of the Industrial Sales Manager industry is focused on Blue Sky Initiative to explore and develop new business opportunities for IAF products in assigned territory in Steel industry by providing technical & commercial solutions to customers’ key endpoints.

• Define the key initiative of Blue Sky Strategy, get the breakthrough of IAF full portfolio in steel segment and implement the actions to achieve the Blue Sky ambition from top management.

• Explore and develop new business opportunities for IAF products in assigned territory in Steel industry to achieve sales target.

• Propose product transfer or new product development program based on steel industry business development plan.

• Achieve the sales targets by searching marketing needs and providing solutions in a professional and effective manner.

• Prepare sales plan and implement sales strategy in the steel industry and application

• Upgrade the image & influence of Dust Collection group in the local market.

• Establish, develop and maintain the distribution sales network based on the industry.

• Enhance the relationship with the local reputable design institutes, contractors and engineering companies.

• Open new accounts based on the steel industry.

• Manage and report sales bookings, potential sales, customer feedback and activity plan and other reports as required.

• Use CRM to manger daily job
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor graduate or above, mechanical background is preferred
• 8 years sales experience in industrial products and engineering, 5 years sales experience in Steel industrial, especially in Hebei Province, 3 years on site Engineering experience in Steel industrial is preferred
• Good relationship with steel plant, design institutes, contractors and engineering company in the industry.
• Process expertise in steel segment, know well of processing in steel industry
• Strong industrial and business development knowledge
• Better with dust filtration or collector knowledge
