• Research market's innovation structure design, product competitive analysis and feasibility analysis.
• Do the design of the project includes selection of driver, structure, optics, heat proposal.
• Design and project plans for structure design.
• Participate in product project feasibility study and participate in system design.
• According to the new product design, the use and layout, design the internal structure.
• Responsible for the design and the function test and analysis of the radiator.
• Responsible for structure design, material selection, material specification and sampling analysis.
• Cooperate with other engineers including electronics, optics, heat engineers to complete the design.
• Responsible for product structure application, mold repair and sample validation.
• Assist purchasing, find mold suppliers, participate in the review and selection of mold suppliers.
• Follow up the production and production of mold, and confirm the mold.
• Responsible for the pilot application and participate in the technical guidance of pilot.
• Organize and coordinate product external testing, certification and other sample preparation work.
• Participate in mass production, solve structural design defects and other issues.
• Responsible for structure changing feasibility evaluation and changing validation.
• Actively participate in the corresponding training of the company organization.

• College degree or above, majored in Mechanical, Mechanical Integration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in product structure design for LED lighting industry. Optical design experience is a plus.
• Mechanical background and skilled use of 2D and 3D structure design software.
• Standard Mandarin and basic in English.
