？ 教育背景：大学本科及以上学历，化工或工艺管理专业。

？ 工作经验：具有5年以上石油化工企业工作经验，担任过工程师或等同的工作，在工艺技术管理方面有丰富的经验。
Working experiences: more than 5 years of working experiences in petrochemical industry, playing the role of engineer or equal, having rich experience in process management.
？ 对石油化工行业生产、安全、技术要求以及国家的各类安全法令等要求有深刻了解。
Deep understanding on production, safety, and technology requirements of the petrochemical industry as well as state safety laws.
