Job outline:
This post holder will be a proactive and independent digital marketer with initiatives and drive to develop and implement digital platforms that serves domestic and overseas/HMT students through brand exposure, lead collection and content marketing as well as working as the primary web editor.
Qualifications:
Essential
Bachelor's Degree, preferably majoring in Business, Information systems, Advertising, Marketing, IT or other related disciplines;
Excellent English in all aspects – speaking, writing, listening, reading;
Self-motivated and ability to juggle multiple projects to completion and possess good organization skills;
Proven IT skills, including using MS Office applications, data management skills;
Presentation and communication skills;
Experience of producing reports and analysing data;
Experience of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders;
Experience of managing digital channels
Awareness of data protection legislation, health and safety and equality and diversity;
Patient and careful, good attention to details;
Fast learner, takes instruction, and processes information quickly;
Able to work accurately and to deadlines;
Strong analytical, problem solving, good time management, statistical and organizational skills;
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and overtime;

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively manage digital advertising channels to maximize recruitment activities across target markets. Major channels may obtain (but not exclude) domestic ones such as Weibo, Wechat, Baidu for domestic cohorts, as well as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, and external education platforms for overseas/HMT cohorts.
Design UNNC Global digital strategy that includes regular schedule of monitored channels, and utilization in all GRO activities;
Schedule content and advertisements on search, education platforms, and social media channels on regular basis to maximize external digital presence to targeting prospective students;

Identify and advise GRO/faculties/Marcomms on digital trends that maximize marketing potentials through reporting and effective data measures.
Develop and implement targeted digital advertising strategy for maximum return of student interest/applications in priority markets for overseas/HMT and domestic post graduate recruitment;
Provide guidance / review of all external communications to potential applicants, ensuring compelling and connected chain of communication;
Hold regular meetings with internal departments to share and obtain information to assist in realization of targeted online marketing strategic in tandem with existing on-the-ground plans;
Participate in training and staff development, as trainer or trainee as appropriate.
Maintain appropriate professional expertise and awareness.
Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be required.
