Position Description :

Life Club is responsible, on an individual and team basis, for providing students with fun, real-life environments and situations in which students are provided with the opportunity to use and expand upon their previously acquired English knowledge and skills. This includes delivering events of the highest standard, creating topics, supporting developing materials, cooperating with various individuals (city wide teachers, life club reps, guest speakers etc.) and handling routine admin work.

Roles and responsibilities

• Create, develop, prepare and help deliver regular events as part of a team. These in-center and out of center events should be of a consistently high standard clearly demonstrating the core values of Life Club.
• Cooperate with centers and all related external resources to deliver and/or promote Life Club events.
• Assist in planning and running special events.
• Actively promote Life Club events amongst all stakeholders and students.
• Communicate with the Supervisor on a daily basis.
• Work with the supervisor on specific work allocation and projects.
• Work with the Supervisor on developing and marketing Life Club events.
• Manage budget and time effectively.
• Communicate regularly with students to assess and track student satisfaction, interests, needs and any other relevant feedback.
• Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site
