Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sign contract with Dealer/Hospital.

2.Work with Sales rep to ensure ROSD(Customer Requested onsite Date)reliability and place order to GE MFG.

3.Contact with OFS (Order Fulfillment Specialist) located in different poles' ofGE Manufactures to ensure order fulfillment quality and shipment quality

4.Handle Equipment Delivery Issues (Missing, Short, Wrong Shipment) to meetcustomer satisfaction

5.Work with forwarder/ logistics to ensure delivery to customers. SupportCC(custom clearance) related.

6.Leadership to drive COF (Customer Order Fulfillment) and EDQ (EquipmentDelivery Quality). Monitor key dates and update timely to maintain its accuracy

7.Work closely with planning leader to maintain FG (Finished Goods)/ IIP(Installation in Progress) inventory within the plan.

8.Work with region sales team tomeet sales forecast target. Coordinate all players involved in backlogexecution.


Requirement:

1.Bachelor’sdegree or above with International Trade or Logistics major

2.1+years project coordinating or planning,

3.I/Ebackground Good communication to the people at all levels across theorganization

4.Energeticand self-motivated

5.Fluentwritten and verbal English, at least CET-6

6.Strongcomputer skills, especially in Office Tools

7.Workwell independently and in team, passion, team work with strong ownership
