主要职责

• 协助进行团队管理，沟通和项目管理；
• 记录协调客户会议、商务旅行、以及团队内部和外部的会议活动日程；
• 管理与团队内的部分合作机构的关系；
• 协助制作面向团队内外的文件（如销售方案、部门总结汇报等）；
• 协调客户关系管理项目（如活动举办、客户接待等）；
• 协助销售和项目激活团队的相关准备事宜，包括协助亚足联赛事在中国的赞助权益执行工作；
• 开展潜在客户的调研，支持销售团队工作；
• 协助部门的预算、财务和行政事务，包括与总部的财务和人力资源部门进行协调；
• 与同事、合作伙伴等通力合作，完成其它指定工作。

The Role

• General team administration, communication and project management；
• Central coordination of appointments, business trips and scheduling of internal and external meetings and events；
• Manage relationship with certain vendors required across the department；
• Support the development of internal and external documents (e.g. sales presentations, departmental reports & updates, policies/administration overviews)；
• Coordinate various client entertainment and relations programs (E.g. event hosting and hospitality)；
• Support sales and partnership solutions and activation teams on various logistical matters, including supporting the delivery of partnership (sponsorship) rights at AFC events in China；
• Conduct diverse ‘desk research’ projects to support sales；
• Assist with day-to-day departmental budgeting, finance and administration matters, including coordination with finance and HR departments；
• Work collaboratively with staff, partners, suppliers and other involved parties.

• 大学本科以上学历
• 至少1年在体育/媒体/娱乐/广告/市场营销/活动管理的经验，其中职责涉及销售管理协调工作者优先；
• 能同时在多项目上开展工作；
• 时间管理能力和抗压能力强；
• 商业意识和主观能动性较强；
• 中文和英文的书面和口头沟通能力强；
• 熟练操作Microsoft Office办公软件（如PowerPoint, Word, Excel和Outlook）；
• 曾在赞助营销领域工作者优先。

The Candidate

• 1+ year of experience in sports, media, entertainment, advertising, marketing or events focused role, ideally with a heavy emphasis on coordination of sales management;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time;
• Emphasis on timelines and delivery of projects under pressure;
• Service orientation along with a good business sense;
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese;
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook);
• Prior experience in sponsorship/partnership marketing a distinct advantage;
• University degree.

In June 2018, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) announced its ground-breaking decision to appoint DDMC Fortis as its exclusive commercial partner for all of its competitions for the period 2021-2028.
