Job description:
1. Handle administrative functions including budgets, bill paying and monitoring, ordering and maintaining supplies/equipment.
2.Assist on all admin works, including phone call screening, water, tickets, hotels, cars booking, cleaner, courier, magazines/newspaper subscription, property management and maintenance, mailing and documents distribution to relevant personnel.
3. Receive visitors.
4. Deal with stationary requests, contact supplies and be responsible for stationary distribution.
5. May provide administrative support to groups/departments reporting to the executive.
6. Co-ordinate with various admin suppliers and process payment.
7. Other tasks assigned.
Job requirements:
1. Good English and Chinese language skills both in written and oral.
2. Open-minded, service-minded.
3. Good listening skills and response to people in an effective, positive and friendly manner.
4. Good team player.
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft office software and office facilities.
6. More than 2 years relevant experience in U.S./European enterprises; especially having office and plant administration experiences are preferred.
