Tasks
1. Supervise the correct information including at the pi′s, and the order confirmation process.
2. Keep records, and deal with the suppliers to support Spanish administrative buying process
3. Handling and Dealing with suppliers - should maintain and update a separate folder with full details, proforma invoices, production orders, quotations, delivery times etc.
4. Follow up with suppliers/factories on order details of the production schedule, so that on-time production can be ensured.
5. Collect information of all the process for daily updating to the buyers.
6. Measure shipping samples for okaying booking, avoiding delays.
7. Assist buyers with the negotiation of prices, margins and delivery dates with different suppliers
8. Follow up on production until arrival in our warehouses.

1.监督PI和订单确认过程中的正确信息。
2.做好记录，与供应商打交道，支持西班牙行政采购流程。
3.处理和处理供应商-应维护和更新一个单独的文件夹，其中包含详细信息、形式发票、生产订单、报价、交货时间等。
4.跟踪供应商/工厂的生产进度，确保按时生产。
5.收集所有过程的信息，以便每日更新给买方。
6.确认pp样是否可以下订单。避免延误。
7.协助买方与不同供应商协商价格、利润和交货期。
8.跟进生产直到到达我们的仓库。
