Responsibilities:

This position will responsible for technical program managements, coordination with plants in China and other countries in Asia, technical communication window to external customers.

• Make D&D cost quotation and manage individual new product development programs and coordinates activities with customers, within the department and cross-functionally to meet milestone dates.
• Perform system integration analysis to achieve optimal system design in terms of function and cost.
• Generate new ideas regarding improvements, new applications and inventions, support and recognize patentable concepts/designs.
• Mange the APQP, lessons learned DFMEA, and their links to DVP&R, and Action log.
• Prepare and present technical data for customer communications.
• Mange product development of sub-suppliers to fit exhaust system durability/NVH performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years work experience in system development of automotive industry;
• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering;
• Self- motivation on dealing with all types of persons
• Ability to push others in the team to move programs forward
• Broad experiences on program management
• Good spoken and written English ability
• Good skills on office tools (Word, Excel, PPT & Project)
• Broad experiences in automotive product development process (APQP) and program management
• Broad experiences on problem-solving tools, like DOE, G8D, etc
• Know CAE / FEA / durability tests and why/when these tools are needed and effective
• Broad experiences on Six-sigma, DFMEA, DVP&R, Lessons learned, etc
• Ability to operate at least one 3D modeling software, like CATIA, UG, IDEAS, etc
• Learn about exhaust manufacturing process/procedure
