Key responsibility:

• Dispatch the SSS/PPS from HQ with sample comment to production factory for QA inspection

• Daily down load/ print out comment from Extranet / File Maker and post onto FTP for QA inspection reference

• Filter order information and production status, check side by side, alert to HQ and technician, if there is any potential delay found

• Collect /check production status from QA and supplier, transfer to HQ Via regular TMS sending to HQ for reference

• Transfer order information and or amendment to QA and factory in daily basis

• Retrieve order information from calendar, transfer/place to TMS for production & QA follow up

• Update production location/ Factory Map once a month (5th of each month)

• Obtain factory information from MLW , mark down the assigned factory and check the location.

• Analysis the production factory capacity against order qty and garment deliveries.

• Once the production factory fixed, follow up with supplier for 1st order preproduction plan, help QA confirm the initial inspection schedule.

• QA weekly inspection schedule cross checking and inspection report follow up.

• Filing document – Inspection reports etc

• Monthly & Annually factory performance analysis. Support QA for tailor made the analysis report when needed.

• Help QA hotel reservation and visa application when needed

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (oral & written)

• at least 2 days per week

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
