1. Operations Support
a. Record scores of Costa check in the system.
b. Keep file and update list by week.
c. Upload the CST Notification on E-Learning.
d. Collect monthly calendar.
e. Collect the information (Eg. Campaign
Feedback/Risk Furniture)
2. NSF
a. Collect the license of new supplier and keep it in newest status .
b. Update the allergen and shelf life information of new campaign products.
c. Customer complaints feedback and recorded.
d. Updated the supplier information list.
e. Assist supervisor involved in products innovation process.
Key Performance Measures/Success Factors:
a) Record the scores on time.
b) Update or collect information timely and accurately.
Required knowledge, skills or experience:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Can write and speak in English well.
