Job Description

工作职责:


1.经销商管理:业务沟通和谈判,销售活动组织,供应链管理


2.销售目标达成:达成公司制定的各项销售目标,包括销量和市场份额目标


3.数据管理:销售数据收集、录入和分析


4.零售管理:有效组织SKU、店面和人员等,以实现零售目标


5.市场开发,新业务拓展


职位要求


1.大学本科学历,专业不限


2.2年以上销售工作经验(条件优异的应届毕业生也可考虑)


3.学习能力强,表达能力强,善于沟通,具备团队合作精神


4.对消费电子产品感兴趣尤佳;有在多元文化的企业工作的经验优先


5.良好的数据分析能力


1. Dealer management: biz communication, sales activity organization, supply chain management


2. Achieving Sales Target:includes sales volume and market share


3. Data Management: Collect market& sales data, making analysis


4. Retail Management: Organize products SKU, shopfront and promoter etc., to achieve retail sales target.


5.Develop new biz,explore new customers/outlets in the market.


1. Bachelor degree or above


2. At least 2 years working experience in sales area;


3. Good learning ability, good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills; qualified team player


4. Experience in multinational working environment or interesting in electronic products will be preferred;


5. Good command of data analysis;
