The PA will be based in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Responsible for assist PM to grow business, order management, shipment arrangement, ECO follow up, EO review, AR follow up, inventory control.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

Assist PM to grow business with existing customers by establishing and maintaining good relationship with customers；
Interface with customer on demand (Order/Forecast) management. Ensure all; Purchase Orders are processed timely and correctly;
Maintain timely forecast changes; make changes to Commit and chase CFT for on time delivery;
Analyze customer demand and work out loading and commitment proposal;
Assist PM to ensure on time delivery through material review and production control. To alert PM when there are signs of failure of delivery, assist PM for all closure of customer feedback on complains;
Assist PM in CFT management, crisis resolution, account/system setup, etc;
Follow up product shipment and account receivable, Handle customer RMA;
Lead or assist PM in ECO review and implementation.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

College degree or above, 3-4years working experience preferably in Mechanical industry；
Good in English (oral & written) & computer operation；
Good communication skill, open mind and team work spirit.
