岗位职责
Direct supervisions of work of room attendants and assist in work when needed.
Give briefing daily before they start work
Report the status of rooms to the front office. Check on discrepancies with the F/O 8:00am report.
Reports immediately sick and irregular guests to AEHK, EHK and Duty manager

Check and Write work orders for room’s maintenance. All rooms should be free of any maintenance. Follow up on maintenance and see if it is done
All lost & found items are to be sent to housekeeping office. Valuable items are to be handed immediate to the Exec. Housekeeper
Inspect guestrooms, corridors and service areas on assigned floors. Ensure that all guest room's cleanliness is up to standard. Checks and reports any repaired problems
Check all the pantries ensure the pantry and linen shelves are clean and tidy, vacuum cleaner is emptied and clean
Control and issue stock and take inventory to safe guard against pilferage and shortage. Responsible for the requisition of sundries supplies
