- 结合计算神经学,机器学习等,开发类脑计算相关所需的算法,网络模型;
- 构建类脑计算所需的新一代计算机体系架构,使其发挥出类脑计算所蕴含的高能效比,高鲁棒性等优势;
- 负责类脑芯片的硬件开发,评估;
- 与公司内外的团队进行交流合作,挖掘类脑计算(芯片)的适用领域和业务模型;
- Develop neuromorphic computing algorithms and networks by drawing from state-of-the-art computational neuroscience and machine learning understanding.
- Define and develop high energy efficient and robust neuromorphic computer architectures, the third generation of AI chip.
- Responsible for neuromorphic hardware development and evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to explore the application fields for neuromorphic computing.
- 计算机科学,微电子工程,计算神经学等相关专业博士;
- 深入理解深度学习、机器学习或神经元启发的算法和应用;
- 有扎实的芯片架构,微架构设计及评估能力;
- 有脉冲神经网络建模经验优先考虑,有类脑计算硬件开发经验者更佳;
- 熟练掌握Python、C++、Matlab等一种或多种编程语言;
- 良好的沟通及团队合作能力;
- PhD in Computer Science, Microelectronic Engineering, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of deep learning, machine learning, or neuron-inspired algorithms and applications.
- Solid knowledge of hardware architecture, micro-architecture design and evaluation.
- Experience in modeling spiking neural networks and neuromorphic hardware development a strong plus.
- Expertise in Python and/or C++ and/or Matlab with the ability to design and write quality code.
- Great skill in cross-team communication.
