工作职责 Responsibility

1.负责QC组工作安排，培训及指导本组员工，提高员工综合素质。Be responsible for the working arrangement of QC team, train and coach team members，upgrade their comprehensive quality

2.负责订单产品的质量监控，与业务组协调沟通，安排验货，参与合同评审工作。Be responsible for controlling the product quality, coordinating the inspection plan with business team, and participating in the contract review.

3.定义新产品的认证要求，并安排相关测试。Define certification/test requirement for new projects and arrange the relative test if need.

4.负责与供应商沟通处理产品品质问题及向总公司汇报反馈质量问题。Be responsible for disposing the product quality issues and report the feedback to company.

5. 负责建立及导入符合ISO9001要求的质量体系，监控并维护体系的运作，全面负责公司的质量管理体系按要求开展。Be responsible for establishing and introducing the quality system which meets the requirement of ISO9001, monitoring and maintaining the operation of the system, ensuring company quality control system meets all requirements.

6.管理QC相关文件及记录，协助文控建立资料管理体系。Manage QC document & related forms, assist the Document Control to set up Document Control System.

7.负责QC验货标准的拟制与发布，审核验货报告并上传OMS.Be responsible for working out and issuing the QC inspection standard as well as reviewing inspection report and upload to OMS system.

8.主导制定与质量相关的流程活动，包括供应商评估的操作规范/指导，各类质量数据收集及分析处理，客户投诉等Guide to establish the flow activities related to the quality, including specification/direction for the evaluation and operation of the suppliers, quality data collecting and analyzing, customer complaint etc.

9.完成所负责项目的验货、验厂及验样品工作，并及时完成发送检验报告给相关人员

Finish product inspection, factory audit and sample inspection of the projects which assigned to yourself, and issue the inspection report to office in time.

10.完成上级安排的其它工作，并定期汇报。Complete other works which arranged by superior and report regularly.

任职资格 Qualification

教育水平 Education level：

大专或以上 Junior college or above

专业 Major：

必须理工科背景，机械专业优先

Science and engineering background is a must. Mechanical major is preferred, but not limited to

经验 Experience：

至少6年以上大型企业品质管理经验，熟悉ISO质量管理体系，2年同等职务管理经验。

At least 6 years’ quality managing working experience in large company, familiar with ISO quality system. 2 years experience as the similar position.

技能知识 Skill：

1.英语听说读写流利. Good English in speaking and writing

2.熟悉运用质量管理工具，熟悉供应商审核，具备管理能力

Be familiar with tools of quality control and suppliers audit, have managing ability.

3.熟悉办公室软件及电脑操作.

Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office application.

个人素质 Personal diathesis：优秀的沟通技巧，积极，富团队合作精神,学习能力强，具有强烈的品质意识和敏感性

Team worker, active, strong communication skills and good learning ability. Have strong sense of quality and sensitive enough on quality control.
