Customer Field Representative

Aircraft components department

Based at Guangzhou Airport

Main responsibility:

Representing AF, the CFR will be responsible to deliver high level customer support and to monitor realization of agreed repair & delivery service for aircraft components. He/She will be the key person ensuring strong partnership between the company and our Client. He/She is the main contributor to customer satisfaction with focus on revenue and cost.

Main scope of duties:

• Stock management and performance control
• Monitoring shipments, and delivery from/to warehouse source / customer
• Point of contact to deliver services and contract commitment from customer/provider
• Coordination for customer communication, interpreter and translation for documentations, meetings and exchange between Chinese and European entities
• Listening abilities, understand issues and responsibilities, define actions for improvement / cost management

Experience:

・ Supply chain and logistics/ technical background education, preferably experience with customer service

・ Basic knowledge of regulations such as FAA and EASA

・ 2 to 5 years of experience within airline component industry.

Solid command of written and spoken Mandarin and English, French is a plus.
