? Development of rotating equipment maintenance strategies and procedures
? Preparation of maintenance programs including shutdown campaign, overhaul to ensure Technical integrity
? Develop detailed equipment inspecting and testing procedures in accordance to Chinese Regulations and Standards.
? Develop and implement predictive maintenance programme including equipment condition monitoring.
? Develop Rotating equipment operating procedures
? Ensure that work orders are prepared in CMMS for all related maintenance activities including mechanical isolation

procedures and Job Hazard Analysis.
? To monitor, regularly report and analyze the rotating equipment performance to identify improvement areas
? Review all notifications and work order to ensure accurate and complete reporting.
? Provide support to site on corrective maintenance and troubleshooting problems
? Lead contractor in the execution of major maintenance activities
? Preventive Maintenance, Inspection and corrective maintenance are executed in accordance to work plans and

requirements.
? Review all notification and compile all failures and materials consumption for analysis
? Drive, support and coach the implementation of the Defect Elimination process, including facilitating Root Cause

Analysis, developing an incident reporting & follow-up procedure, Bad Actors management system
? Identifying, highlighting and implementation of best practices for rotating equipment
? Review planned maintenance tasks and update them based feedback from site, root cause analysis
? Review material consumption and proposed stocking requirement
? Ensure that change control procedures and relevant standards are implemented for any changes executed on rotating

equipment systems.
? Review data input into the system by CMMS data input team and correct as required

Qualification任职要求
? 8 years above experience in oil&gas industry similar position is preferred.
? Require 5 years+ experience as an rotating equipment engineer.
? Reading-Writing ability in English is a must.
