职位信息

职责描述:
1. Focus on regional key architect and design firms.
2. Establish company's brands as preferred brands in architectural and design firms.
3. Provide highly professional specifications to key designer clients for projects which will benefit to China and influence winning chance for regional office.
4. Drive hospitality marketing activities and maximize the specification in architectural and design firms.
5. Find out more business opportunities from architectural and design firms.
6. Maintain contact and regularly visit A&D, establish and maintain long-term stable relations with key A&D, in the direction of establishment of strategic cooperative partnership.
7. Systematically build relationships with A&D and understand their criteria of specification and needs.
8. Visit architects and designers frequently.

任职要求:
1. College degree or above.
2. Worked as salesman in a leading edge, branded project organization for 1+ years.
3. Experience in selling high-end architectual products and building materials to architects and designers.
4. Interior designers is preferred.
5. Experience in presenting seminar is preferred.
