部门介绍：该部门主要为汽车发动机工厂提供化学品管理服务，为客户提供综合的产品、设备和服务方案，使之符合EHS的要求，持续改进工艺过程，提高生产率和改进产品质量。工作地点均为客户的工厂。此岗位主要服务烟台德尔福柴油系统项目。

职位: Site Chemist

汇报对象: Site Supervisor/ Site Manager

Job Responsibilities:

工作职责:

1. Process Control: Testing & Data Collection

？ Implement and improve the control plan

？ Collect samples

？ Perform the test/collect data

？ Record the results

？ Assist in corrective action response

？ Provide all necessary lab data and commands to site engineers to address the current chemical performances

？ Reporting- internal to Quaker

2. Process, Product & Supplier Optimization

？ Inspect and control the supplier product quality

？ Work with the site engineers to plan to recharge and change chemicals

？ Assist site staff in preparing for product trials

？ Keep tracking with the product trial, record the data, provide lab analysis report

？ Provide specialized opinions for product trial

？ Work with site team, implementing the approved projects.

3. Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management

？ Assist to maintain sufficiency plans for all reagents

？ Assist to forecast the reagents usage and develop budget for next year

？ Assist to set min/max storage levels

？ Track reagents and others shipment

4. Supporting Site Operations

？ Familiarize self with Quaker service scope.

？ Study and implement customer’s SOPs

？ Implement and organize continuous improvement programs of lab

？ Update and maintain quality procedures

？ Maintain the safety operation and a clean working area inside the lab.

？ Maintain the lab. equipment in the best working condition

？ Ensures compliance with local safety, environmental, and quality procedures.

？ Assists to identify environmental aspect and hazard, ensures the activities compliance with local safety, environmental, and quality procedures.

Safety & Occupational Health and Environmental Protection Responsibilities:

安全、职业卫生和环境保护职责：

1. Active participation all SHE trainings to gain knowledge and improve awareness;

2. Following the SHE requirements both in Quaker and customer site;

3. Execute SHE procedures of company; Report accident / incident / near miss timely / unsecure situations incidents;

4. Conduct area check regularly and follow up.

5. Wear PPE as requirements

6. Collection of laboratory waste and keep them in specific container in accordance with the hazardous waste management procedure

Qualification:

任职要求：

1. BS degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Tribology

2. At least 2 years experiences in chemical analysist function

3. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software

4. Being able to manage multiple tasks and work under high pressure
