Work Description职责描述：
? Provides overall leadership to Facilities Discipline Technical Authorities
? Provides overall leadership for technical input to surveillance activities required for the maintenance of integrity and

reliability of the Yanbei asset.
? Provides leadership on remedial action plans resulting from asset inspection activities in technical discipline areas.
? Provides technical overview to new or incremental projects.
? Provides technical overview to commissioning activities for new or incremental projects.
? Coaches and Mentors discipline engineers.
? Drives maintenance and development of Yanbei SOPs related to facilities disciplines.
? Drives maintenance of Technical Standards list for facilities disciplines for Yanbei asset.

Qualification任职要求：
? Degree Qualified Engineer
? Member of Relevant Engineering Professional body
? 15 + Years Experience of which 10+ with E&P Operating Company
? Strong leadership on Process Safety Issues
? Strong safety leadership
? Good verbal and written communicator
? Mandarin essential/English desirable
? Able to work autonomously.
? Strong interpersonal and negotiations skills.
? Able to work under pressure.
? Good understanding of Gas Facilities Operations.
