岗位职责:

1、领导执行、实施董事会的各项决议:全面领会董事会的各项决议内容及其重要意义、组织实施董事会的各项决议;对各项决议的实施过程进行监控,发现问题及时纠正,确保决议的贯彻执行;

2、实施公司的总体战略:组织实施公司的发展战略,发掘市场机会,领导创新与变革;

3、根据董事会下达的年度经营目标组织制定、修改、实施公司年度经营计划;

4、建立良好的沟通渠道:负责与董事长保持良好沟通,定期向董事长汇报经营战略和计划执行情况、资金运用情况和盈亏情况、机构和人员调配情况及其他重大事宜;领导建立公司与客户、供应商、合作伙伴、上级主管部门等部门间顺畅的沟通渠道;领导建立公司内部良好的沟通渠道。

5、主持、推动关键管理流程和规章制度,及时进行组织和流程的优化调整、领导营造企业文化氛围、完善企业识别系统,塑造和强化公司价值观。

6、主持公司日常经营工作:负责公司员工队伍建设,选拔中高层管理人员;主持召开管理会,对重大事项进行决策、代表公司参加重大业务、外事或其他重要活动;负责签署日常行政、业务文件、负责处理公司重大突发事件,并及时向董事长汇报、负责办理由董事长授权的其它重要事项。

7、领导财务部、人力资源部等分管部门开展工作:领导建立健全公司财务管理制度,组织制定财务政策,审批重大财务支出;领导建立健全公司人力资源管理制度,组织制定人力资源政策,审批重大人事决策。


任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,10年以上外贸工作经验,3年以上同岗位或公司总监级工作经验;

2、过往团队销售业绩突出,IT行业或外贸行业优先;

3、具有良好的英语沟通表达能力,团队合作精神强,责任心强,可承受工作压力;

4、具有创新思维、有激情;

5、具备优秀的组织协调能力、团队建设和管理能力;

6、良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守,有很强的感召力和凝聚力。


其他:

1、年龄:35-50岁

2、培训:接受过领导能力开发、战略管理、组织变革管理、战略人力资源管理、经济法、财务管理等方面的培训为佳。


Key Responsibilities:

1.Understand the significance of the resolutions from the board, and take the leadership to implement the resolutions; monitor the process and make sure the resolutions are fully implemented.

2.Organize and implement the company development strategy, explore opportunities, take the leadership for innovation and change.

3.Formulate, modify and implement the company’s annual business plan according to the target set by the board;

4.Establish good communication with the chairman, regularly report the following: implementation status of business strategies and plans, funds and profit, staffing of the organization and other important things; establish good relationship with clients, suppliers, partners and superior department; create good internal communication channel.

5.Take charge of the implementation of key management flow and rules, optimize the organization and flow; establish the company culture; shape and strengthen the company values.

6.Presided over the day-to-day operations of the company. EX: Responsible for the construction of the company's staff; make decisions on major issues; responsible for signing the daily administrative and business documents, handling the company's major emergencies and reporting to the chairman in a timely manner, and so on.

7.Lead the finance department and HR department works.


Required Experience:

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in business administration is a plus

10+ years’ experience in international trade and 3+ years’ experience on the same position or as director

IT or foreign trade experience is preferred

Proven track record of meeting regional sales targets

Good English communication skill

Innovative, passionate, engaged, responsible and with good teamwork spirit, can work under pressure;
