QC JD:1.从事外贸服装质量工作5年以上，美国市场优先

2. 熟悉面料，以及服装工艺，纸样，

3.掌握AQL抽样检验方法 ，

4. 熟悉工厂质量控制流程

5.能看懂简单的英文资料，出具英文报告

6.责任心强，对工作有热情，具备良好的问题分析与解决能力。

1) Main Responsibility.

1- Ensuring that the final inspection is done as per Company's requirement and approved standard tools.

2- Fabric, In-line and Final inspection Randomly for programs. The Quality manager will give detail plan.

3- Manage and collect shade bands from Mondetta team and manage colors in production.

4- Review with QA manager the shade bands and test report.

5- Review 3rd party reports and coordinate with quality manager if report is not as per standard.

6- Coordinate with 3rd party for final and in-line inspections.

7- For fail report, follow up on CAP and verify if the cap is implemented.

8- Perform Random fabric inspection as per standard and report.

9- Collect and maintain quality hand file for each program as per allocation.

10- Pick up sample randomly from production for Appearance after wash.

11- Prepare and review monthly report for in-line and final inspection.

12- Review first stitched sample before starting bulk production.

13- Coordinate with merchandising team on approvals.

14- When in factory daily verify the production status and report to merchandising team and QA manager on production issues creating delivery problem.

15- Train factory on customer requirement.

16- Communicate issues to vendor and factory and implement corrective action. If see implementation is not taking place quickly, highlight immediately QA manager or Sourcing manager.

Requirement:

• 4-6 years Quality Auditor experience in fabrics and garments. Mainly fashion and Technical performance garment.
• Have worked in liaison / buying office.
• Can read test reports.
• Can do In-coming material, in-line, Final & Fabric inspection on AQL and 4 point system.
• Understanding on basic factory compliance requirement.
• Good in shade evaluation.
• Have basic knowledge of Yarn/Knitting/processing fabric production.
• Good in implementing Quality system in factory.

Education: Bachelor’s degree etc.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of Microsoft office (word, excel).
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Minimal supervision required.
• Good in solving production problems
