Position Purpose

Follow process and procedures to collect financial data and run financial reports. Provide basic interpretation and information to various departments. Assist in financial analysis on income statement and capex.

Principal Accountabilities

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Reporting

Be responsible for certain financial and management reports required by China, APMEA and Home Office in the US.

§ Provide support to core team and related part on preparing yearly planning. ？

§ Provide support to core team on preparing monthly projection

§ Provide financial data to ensure core team could run reports in accuracy to management team for reviewing and finalizing.

Financial Supporting

§ Provide consultation to other departments on financial matters.

§ Follow data processing and collecting procedures and provide support to financial manager/controller on yearly planning process.

§ Participate in ad hoc projects.

Controlling

§ Help managing MCCL FA and Capex. Participate SOX compliance requirement by being certain process owner, responsible for monitoring the compliance status for the assigned process.
