岗位职责：

主要负责潜在学生的开发及维护，保持与学生的联系及发现学生的需求，并评估需求及为学生提供最合适的课程及学院的推荐；最终促成学生报读学院课程，完成销售任务。

1. 开发培训与授权的中介和教育机构合作进行招生；

2. 负责完成莱佛士设计学院的国际招生指标，管理学院市场推广的全面工作；

3. 带领招生营销团队在线上和线下平台建立、创新、持续改善高效率的营销战略和执行；

4. 制订季度营销计划和预算，确保计划的执行达到或超过设定的目标和产出；

5. 制订、管理部门预算，分析统计数据，以供公司审核决策；

6. 为招生团队提供培训、指导，以确保开展高品质，高效能的销售和市场工作；

7. 带领团队发展、维系与学生、家长的良好关系；

8. 拓展招生渠道，与中介、学校、政府部门、行业和媒体保持良好的工作关系；

与线上线下媒体紧密合作，运用社交网络，宣传学校的良好形象和品牌。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，具有长期外资或合资公司工作经验或海外留学背景；

2、4年以上服务性行业营销管理相关工作，有担任至少3人团队的部门经理经验，有学校招生经验者优先；

3、优秀的人际交往、沟通能力，能在高压力和快节奏的环境下工作；

4、自我激励、驱动力强、有抱负心，为人正直，富有高度责任心；

5、个人形象专业得体；

6、英语能力出色，精通双语。

Admission Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for achieving the student enrolment targets and managing all aspects of the marketing and promotions of Raffles Design Institute;

2. Lead the admissions and marketing team in creating, innovating and continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiencies of marketing strategies and execution, for both online and offline platforms;

3. Prepare quarterly marketing plan and budget, and ensure execution of plans meet or exceed set targets and outcomes

4. Prepare and manage department budgets and prepare statistics analysis for the company’s review and decision making;

5. Provide training and guidance to the admissions team to ensure high quality and productive sales and marketing work;

6. Lead the team in developing and maintaining good relations with students and parents;

7. Expand recruitment channels and develop good working relationships with agents, schools, regulatory bodies, industry and media

8. Work closely with both online and offline media and social networks to ensure good publicity and exposure of the school and the brand

Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Bachelor degree, and has long period of working experience at international company or overseas-study is required;

2. Minimum six years of relevant marketing management experience in service industry and has experience of being a department manager of a team of not less than 5;

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment

4. Self-motivated, driven and ambitious; high level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility

5. Well presented with professional grooming;

6. Excellent command of English language and effectively bilingual
