1 Responsible for electrical maintenance of all equipment, provide technical support.

2 Responsible for the SHE(Safety, Health and Environments) management, training and audit from inside or

outside in electrical area; to meet the electrical equipment safety in legal, review the GB standard or

company’s SHE’s policy and cascade the change to subordinate in time.

3 Responsible for making the plan of breakdown reduction and overhaul improvement, implentment the TBM/CBM activity in daily routing in team.

4 Responsible fot the training needs’s and plan’s making from team.and orginate and let the training course happen.

5 Responsible for making electrical user requirement specification(URS) to new machine, evaluate the design whether meet company's need in Process, Quality and Safety.To communicate and cooperate with operation team, project contractor and vender

6 Support the AM through the course training and on job training in WCM.

7 Responsible for the electrical consumption management, make long term and short term unit electrical

consumption plan base on the company energy strategy; monitoring/analysis the daily figure to find where the loss is and take action. Complete the energy saving target in electrical.

8 Responsible for the spare parts management in electrical, make the reasonable safety stock base on ABC approach; R&M cost control by PM activity.

1 Bachelor degree or above, Major in electricity or automation control or instruments and so on.

2 Be familiar with the design in electrical and automation.

3 Understand how to manage the equipment.

4 Well-knowledge in PLC, Servo driver, industry network and frequency converter.

5 Good communication and Relation building.

6 SAP and TPM knowledge.

7 Influence and negotiation skills

8 Minimum 4 years electricity maintenance experience
