Job description:

Define home assistance( e.g. property maintenance, building services, security services, clearning service etc.) working targets and objective plan with Manager.Home assistance provider network recruitment in terms of provider development process and ensuring the excellent service quality.Establish home assistance provider evaluation procedure and indicators. Evaluating, training and managing providers to improve provider’s capability continuously in order to be more professional and competitive in the market.Reducing the cost by negotiating with the existing and new provides to sign a competitive price contract.Set up category strategy for keeping continuously improvement on provider network quality and cost effectiveness.?Keeping communication smoothly with providers and managing the relationshipTracking home assistance service complaint handling process and provide necessary help to provider to improve service quality.Collecting various market information and raise a reasonable suggestion to help company make strategic plan

  • Updating the accurate home assistance provider information into the network management system in timeSupport on digital tools design and implement on provider part when needed.Take another category management when necessary.

  • Proven track record in home appliance and home facility repairment or other related industry could substitute for physical qualifications
  • Oral and written expression in EnglishAnalytic and problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to grasp and comprehend concepts quickly and maintain awareness for industry trends and standards
  • Degree or diploma holder in automotive engineering, general engineering, or other related field
