Entre-Prises (EP) is part of ABEO Group and a pioneer in the climbing structure industry, designing, manufacturing and installing bespoke solutions to develop the sport of climbing throughout the world. Entre-Prises Asia is based in Huizhou, Huiyang, is constantly developing new products with a growing by 60 % per year over the last 5 years.
Job Responsibility:
> Prospect new clients to develop the sales on the private sector segment, both for our fun climbing and sport climbing products, in China
> Prepare commercial proposals for the prospected clients, in line with the defined sales strategy
> Report your clients' needs to contribute to our continuous improvement process
> Collect after-sales feedbacks from your clients to build the best-in-class experience for your clients
> Deliver regular sales reports and precise tracking of your prospection efforts to reach your sales goals
> Participate in industry trade events to present our products and build strong relationships with the leads and clients
Job Skill:
- An educational background in business
- At least 1 year of proven work experience as a sales representative, or a former experience as entrepreneur with proven revenues record
- Native or advanced level in English
- A proven track record in sales
- Strong customer satisfaction objectives
- Excellent selling, writing, communication and negotiation skills
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Passion for climbing: practice of this sport is a real plus
- Passion for a sales career and for building long-term relationships with your clients
- Knowledge of Chinese: fluent or native speaker
. SALARY: Fixed salary + up to 5 % commission on sales
You will be trained on all our products as well as sales & marketing tools.
