职位信息
岗位职责:
1. 订单管理,包括订单发行,确认和文件维护;
Order management including order issuance, confirmation and documentation maintenance;
2. 物流问题的协调,包括日常接触代理/物流供应商,以确保货物按时从中国出口及保证船务文件的有效性;
Logistics issue coordination including daily contacting forwarders/logistics suppliers, to ensure shipment on-time ex-China and shipping documents efficiency;
3. 订单状态跟踪和定期汇报给集团各区域公司;
PO status tracking and regular reporting to counterparts in oversea branches;
4. 每日计划派遣SKU量,以确保亚洲的供应满足区域市场的安全库存水平;
Daily planning dispatch volume on SKU level to ensure Asia supply meet regional market safety stock level;
5. 新/旧供应商工作标准操作培训,监控供应商的服务水平;
New/Old supplier SOP education, monitoring supplier service level;
6. 以月底报告和供应商通过提供必要的数据和数据分析评估支持部门领导。
Support team leader on month end reporting and supplier appraisal by providing necessary data and data analysis.
任职要求:
1. 商科,贸易或物流专业,学士学位;
Bachelor's degree in business, trade, or logistics discipline;
2. 2-3年在贸易,物流,客户服务或制造行业的经验;清楚了解工厂供应链规划程序,并熟悉出口手续;
2-3 years experience in trade, logistics, customer service or manufacturing industry; Well understanding factory supply chain planning procedure and being familiar with export formality;
3. 优秀的英语口语和书面沟通技巧;
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English;
4. 有ERP系统操作经验者优先;
ERP system operation experience is preferred;
5. 具有团队合作精神,有责任心,能够承受工作压力,学习能力强。
Be a fast learner with team spirit, accountability and being able to work under pressure.
