岗位职责:
一、产品出货品质确保
1、追踪客户的品质需求,制定差异化的品质管理方法。
2、根据客户反馈的要求和客诉,转化为公司内部管理基准
3、替代客户,对生产线CTQ工序进行重点监控和管理
二、客户抱怨处理及关系维护
1、主导客户投诉工厂内部处理:召开客诉会议、建立改善方案等
2、跟踪改善对策的执行状态。
3、代表公司到客户端进行品质改善汇报和统计改善手法
4、协调重要客户不良品退货、补货及客户端返工
5、定期与客户品质人员进行互动,维护良好的商务关系
三、客户审查及客户资料提供
1、组织制定重要客户审厂准备、客户审厂陪同及CRA回复
2、定期替代客户到生产线进行品质监督
3、负责将客户标准转化为公司内部标准
任职要求
1、有国际电子行业知名客户品质服务工作经验,例如Dell,HP,Apple等。
2、熟悉ISO9000品质管理体系
3、能独立应对海外知名客户审厂
4、有服务过世界五百强客户者优先。
5、大专以上学历,英文听说读写流利,有留学经验者优先。

2. According to customer feedback requirements and customer complaints, convert them into internal management benchmarks

II. Customer complaint handling and relationship maintenance
1. Led the internal handling of customer complaints: held customer complaint meetings, established improvement plans, etc
2. Tracked the implementation status of improvement measures.
3. Conducted quality improvement report and statistical improvement methods on behalf of the company to the client
4. Coordinated the return, replenishment and client rework of defective products for important customers
5. Regularly interact with customer quality personnel to maintain good business relations
III、Customer review and customer information provision
1. Organized and formulated important customer audit preparation, customer audit accompany and CRA reply
2. Regularly substitute customers to the production line for quality supervision
3. Responsible for translating customer standards into internal standards
Job specification
1. Work experience in quality service for famous customers in the international electronics industry, such as Dell, HP, Apple, etc.
2. Familiar with ISO9000 quality management system
3. Able to independently deal with the audit of overseas famous customers
4. Having served Fortune 500 clients is preferred.
5. College degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, overseas study experience is preferred.
